Paul Smith, Experian Decision Analytics

Examining Subscription Fraud In Telcos And Establishing How To Protect Yourself

This session will explore the different types of subscription fraud that are prevalent in the Telecom industry and look
at how data sharing and collaboration between organisations is a key measure in the fight against the fraudster.

It will also look at maximising the usage of application and disconnection data and determining how we can work together to solve subscription fraud.

An interactive demonstration of the Hunter solution will be showed.

CUSTOMER MANAGEMENT
Phil Watson, Experian Decision Analytics
Matthew Dodd, Experian Decision Analytics

Collection and limit management

An interactive session where we will address the changes in business practices that will come as a result of the shift to quad-play. We will explore:

- The increasing emphasis on credit limits – why will they matter and how will they be managed?
- An increased risk of payment default or bill query and the impact on collections and debt management.
- What impact could portfolio risk segmentation have on collections and bad debt?

This session will follow a lose presentation format, with audience participation to share past experience, concerns for the future and any thoughts on how Experian Decision Analytics can help in the future.
