Welcome Cocktail on the Seine – 12 November at 7.30pm

 

We are delighted to offer all attendees and partners an unforgettable welcome cruise.

 

Meeting point is on the boat platform near the Eiffel tower at 7:00 pm - A detailed address and metro access will be provided shortly.

 

If required, a transfer is available from Dolce Chantilly at 5:30pm. Please take into consideration that this schedule has to be respected as the boat is beginning its cruise at 7:30 pm.

 

Join us on the panoramic boat, enjoying the sight of ‘Ville Lumière’ while sipping a Cocktail on the Seine.


The boat will glide close to famous Parisian landmarks, allowing participants an amazing panoramic view of the Paris illuminations.

 

A return transfer from Paris to Dolce Chantilly is organised by Experian at the end of the cruise (about 8:30pm)

 

 

 

 

 

 

A transfer service from the Hotel Dolce Chantilly to the boat will be provided.

 

The dress code for the evening is smart casual.

 

Gala Dinner - Thursday 13 November

 

We would like to invite all attendees and partners to a dinner in the ‘Rotonde‘, a veritable winter garden bathed in light, offering high quality French cuisine, prepared by the famous chef, Alain Montigny.

 

The dress code for the evening is business suit (men) and cocktail dress (women).

 

Partners programme, 13-14 November

 

A parallel activity for partners is available that includes:  Guided tour in the City of Paris and of the Chantilly region.

 

The tour guide is English speaking. Participation in the guided tours is free of charge with the compliments of Experian Decision Analytics.
