Experian has built a strong set of value-added products and services that meet key collections and recoveries needs.

Where available, these products can add layers of understanding to the collections operation. It can help to ensure the most up-to-date customer contact information is used and minimise the number of accounts with inaccurate, incomplete or missing contact information such as telephone numbers and/or mailing addresses for the most effective contact. Behavioural data from other lenders adds additional understanding for each customer and, combined with indebtedness, fraud and risk scores, can help to create a more complete picture of the customer. Financial triggers can be used for early identification of financial stress so lenders can take preventative action.

Collection and recoveries value-added products can be used according to local availability and regulations.
