Attendance to the International Telecom Forum 2009 is by invitation only. There is no charge to attend but places are limited and will be allocated on a ‘first come, first served’ basis.

To BOOK YOUR PLACE at the International Telecom Forum 2009, please fill in the online registration form, or download and complete the event’s registration form. Confirmation details will be sent following receipt of your registration form.

Furthermore, if you register your partner to the event, we have organized a parallel activity for the attendees’ partners who will have the opportunity to enjoy a two-day guided tour of Amsterdam. Participation in the guided tours is free of charge with compliments of Experian.

To BOOK YOUR ACCOMMODATION at the Grand Hotel Huis Ter Duin (where the conference will take place), please use the hotel’s online booking form utilising the access code: 21395  (with this code the hotel recognizes that you are attending the International Telecom Forum 2009).

The travel and accommodation costs are in charge at participants, but specially negotiated rates for accommodation at Grand Hotel Huis Ter Duin are available to all delegates for the duration of the Conference.

All the Telecom Forum attendees staying at the Grand Hotel Huis Ter Duin can also take advantage of the special rates during the following weekend.

All delegates will be invited to an outstanding Dinner on Thursday 1 October evening, plus a buffet lunch and refreshments on both days.
