We offer a series of software product training courses, which are highly interactive, combining theory with practical exercises to ensure that the functionality of the Strategy Management products is fully explained.
Learning takes place in small groups where our trainers encourage a supportive atmosphere with open discussion. Each individual is given the opportunity to explore the software in a safe environment. During the course you will be given a synopsis of the information covered and a copy of the training data. This enables you to consolidate your learning experience within your own workplace.
Courses at our offices are run on a regular basis, or to minimise disruption to your project schedules we can deliver our product training at your own site, for up to eight people.

A Risk Management Business Game for hands-on learning
Training for your credit risk management team is an essential part of every organisation’s success and each individual’s career development. The best training is ‘learning by doing’, building experience through setting credit and risk management strategies and understanding the impacts of different approaches.
However, you don’t want your team experimenting with your portfolio, so Experian Decision Analytics has developed a new kind of training course, designed to simulate the real-life environment of a credit portfolio. Courses are available for both Personal Loans (SimLoan) and Telcos (SimTel) portfolios.
The course is aimed at anyone who is new to portfolio risk management or wants to build more experience in the business. It provides practical, hands-on training in portfolio risk management in an interactive and engaging environment, making it a truly memorable learning experience.
Candidates work in teams and take on the role of the Risk Manager for a Consumer Credit company.
They are given a set of key portfolio reports, which they analyse and interpret before using the Strategy Management tool to set a strategy for the portfolio.

Throughout the process, the teams are assisted by experienced training consultants, prompting them to consider strategies and implications to enhance the learning experience.
The course takes place over only two to three days, maximising the benefits of the time spent and reflecting the real pressures of the working environment.
